Recognised in the ‘100 Women to Watch’ list by Cranfield University School of Management, Syl Saller, Chief Marketing Officer and Mairead Nayager, HR Director are examples of the great talent that is at the core of Diageo’s success.

Syl has also been named one of the Top 5 Global CMOs of 2017 by Campaign Magazine, thanks to her unwavering leadership on a number of hugely successful and attention grabbing campaigns.

HR Director Mairead is proud of the progress that Diageo has already made towards gender parity and is supportive when it comes to Diageo’s ambitions to deliver more.

“We have recently increased, to 40%, our goal for female representation on our global senior leadership team and we intend to achieve this target by 2025,” says Mairead Nayager, HR Director for Diageo.
