Start your career via a top graduate programme at Caterpillar

Where do Caterpillar's future leaders and specialists come from? A lot of them join its graduate scheme, and so it's no wonder the company is single-minded about attracting the best and brightest graduates every year.

On this well-established and structured scheme, graduates have the opportunity to experience various departments and functions of Caterpillar's business, and develop their skills accordingly.

Which means that, by the time graduates have completed their various rotations, knowledge of their chosen field will be deep, broad and impressive.

Making the most of the opportunity

Experience in some fields may be compulsory, but as the scheme progresses, graduates are able to decide for themselves which areas interest them most. All the time, an assigned mentor will be on hand, who provides expert advice when its needed. The mentors will also help graduates make the most of the opportunities on offer, and lay the foundations of a stellar long-term career.

Financial support for education

Caterpillar wants its graduates to achieve as much they can - which is why Caterpillar offers personal and financial support to get a professional qualification in a chosen discipline. For engineers aspiring to Chartered status, Caterpillar's Graduate Scheme is aligned with the MPDS programme.
