Schneider Electric employees recognize Jean-Pascal's impressive work

Jean-Pascal's ranking is based on anonymous and voluntary feedback from Schneider Electric employees.  Employees are asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove or are neutral about the job their CEO is doing. Forging an inclusive, diverse and gender equal workplace

This is well-deserved recognition indeed for Jean-Pascal and progressive employer Schneider Electric. Jean-Pascal is known for always forging excellence on many fronts, including creating an inclusive, diverse and gender equal workplace and establishing Schneider Electric as a leader in sustainable practices.

“We are dealing with a society in movement, which is transforming and changing.Today, there is a real need to balance society, because a uniquely masculine society is much too monochromatic. Women have much finer comprehension. For me, the question is simple; I think we cannot succeed if we deprive ourselves of half the brains and half the talent on our planet,” says Jean-Pascal Tricoire, President and CEO of Schneider Electric.

“There is absolutely no question that our success as a company stems from our ability to harness the diversity of ideas, thoughts, and experiences of our 144,000+ global workforce for greater engagement, performance, and innovation. We want to empower each of our employees to manage their unique work and life,” he adds.

Further prestigious recognition for empowering women

This isn't the first time Jean-Pascal has received prestigious recognition for his role as CEO of Schneider Electric. He was also one of only five CEOs to be recognised at the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP)’s CEO Leadership Awards that recognised his demonstrated commitment to and implementation of policies that advance and empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community.
