Amazon Web Services (AWS) opens a new office in the iconic Copenhagen neighbourhood of Carlsberg.

The new Danish office is part of AWS’s ongoing investment in Denmark, as the company continues to expand the team supporting the growing number of customers and partners in the country.

A range of jobs available for highly skilled technology professionals

As part of this expansion, AWS is hiring a number of highly skilled technology staff including solutions architects and machine learning experts, as well as account managers, partner managers, support staff, and various other functions.

“Copenhagen offers an incredible talent pool of highly skilled and creative people. Additionally, it is home to many notable Danish enterprises who are leading the way in digital innovation and fast-growing tech start-ups,” said Guido Bartels, Managing Director Nordics & Baltics at Amazon Web Services. “Denmark is a great place to do business and we look forward to continuing to expand our local presence so that we can help even more Danish organisations to innovate and grow in the cloud.”

Helping to power a wide variety of critical business functions

In Denmark, organisations are using AWS to power a wide variety of critical business functions from Big Data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), and Machine Learning (ML) workloads to mission critical operations to serve their end users both locally and around the world.
