Nana Berchie is Global Head of Internal Commynucations and Engagement at Arcadis.

In her role at Arcadis, Nana works alongside the CEO, CMO and Executive Leadership Team to manage a fast-paced and energetic global agenda and team with a large mandate to influence and deliver change and transformation. 

A creative, well-rounded and versatile change communications and engagement director, she has experience leading several multifaceted global functions in the professional services, civil engineering, market insight, investment banking and health industries.

She has also led marketing communications and change functions that drive business growth and the delivery of global transformational programs, and has a consistent record in providing strategic advice at the C-suite level on a wide range of corporate communication issues.
