Society of Women Engineers sees Schneider Electric sponsorship

Schneider Electric advocates for women in STEM and exhibited virtually and in person at the largest and most prestigious conference for women in engineering and technology. 

Organized by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the annual conference aims to inspire attendees to make a positive change in the industry. Attendees at the conference accessed a wide variety of events, including a graduate recruitment fair.

The theme for the SWE conference was Aspire to Inspire.

The Society of Women Engineers is an international not-for-profit educational and service organization as well as the world’s largest advocate and catalyst for change for women in engineering and technology.

Many talented women working at Schneider Electric are members of SWE, such as Charlandra Watson and Charlotte Wang.
