QBE European Operations has appointed Anna Bennett as Director of Underwriting, Casualty for the UK.
Based in London, Anna will report to UK Insurance.Executive Director, Chris Wallace.
Previous QBE leadership roles
Anna has acted as Interim Director of Underwriting, Casualty since 2021 and has previously held roles as QBE European Operations Divisional Lead for Multinational and Portfolio Manager in the UK Casualty Major Risks team, having joined QBE in 2018.
Finding best solutions for risks
Anna takes over from Matt Lacy who has been appointed Programme Director for Construction and Multinational. In his new role, Matt plays a key part in QBE European Operation’s strategic growth agenda and reports to Managing Director of Insurance, Cécile Fresneau.
