Roshni Nadar Malhotra is Executive Director & CEO of HCL Corporation and the Chairperson of its CSR Committee; and Vice Chairperson of HCL Technologies.
Roshni is a Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation which is committed to the process of nation building by driving transformational leadership through education. She is also the Chairperson and driving force behind VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for the meritorious but economically underprivileged, rural students of Uttar Pradesh.
Roshni is also the Founder & Trustee of The Habitats Trust, a foundation working towards protecting habitats and their indigenous species. Passionate about wildlife and nature, Roshni founded the Trust with the mission of creating and conserving sustainable ecosystems through strategic partnerships and collaborations with all stakeholders at every level.
Roshni is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a unique and diverse community of the world’s most outstanding, next-generation leaders. She was conferred the prestigious NDTV Young Philanthropist - Indian of the Year award in 2014. In 2015, she was felicitated with The World’s Most Innovative People Award for Philanthropic Innovation by The World Summit on Innovation & Entrepreneurship (WSIE), in partnership with the UN. In 2017, she was conferred with Lewis Institute Community Changemaker Award by Babson College. In September 2017, Vogue India felicitated her with the 'Philanthropist of the Year' award. She was also featured in The World's 100 Most Powerful Women list compiled and released by Forbes, in 2017.
Roshni is married to Shikhar Malhotra and they have two sons.
Board director, Robin Abrams, believes in the power of mentoring
Robin Abrams holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska. Ms. Robin Abrams was most interim CEO at ZiLOG. She had been the President of Palm Computing and Senior Vice President at 3Com Corporation. Robin was formerly the President and CEO at VeriFone. Before joining VeriFone in 1997, she held a variety of senior management positions with Apple Computers. As Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, she oversaw sales and channel management for U.S., Canada and Latin America. Prior to that, she was the Vice President and General Manager of Apple Asia, where she was responsible for sales and marketing in the region.
Robin spent eight years with Unisys in several senior-level positions. Her responsibilities included managing the delivery of business solutions focused on banking, airlines, government and networking. A portion of her tenure at Unisys included a five-year stint in Asia Pacific. The first twelve years of her career were in various management positions at Wells Fargo Bank (formerly known as Norwest Bank).
Robin has served several U.S. public company boards including ZiLOG and BEA Systems (until it was acquired by Oracle) and currently serving Sierra Wireless and Openwave Systems. Ms. Abrams also serves on the Anita Borg Institute Board and several academic advisory committees.
First woman to chair an oil and gas company in India

Director, Nishi Vasudeva, has a BA (Economic) from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta with over 38 years of experience in the petroleum industry. She is an internationally acclaimed leader and is the first woman to chair an oil and gas company in India.
She represented HPCL as Chairman / Director on the board of several Joint Venture companies. She was responsible for developing the vision and long term objectives, improving growth and profitability, driving a high performance culture geared towards operational excellence and consistent value creation for shareholders & all stakeholders.
Prior to assuming responsibility as C&MD, she served on HPCL Board as Director-Marketing and was responsible for pan India sales (B2B & B2C segments), Brand building, Efficient supply chain management, Infrastructure development and leading HPCL foray into new business lines.
Her career at HPCL included leadership positions in Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Planning and Information systems and has led key business transformation & organizational restructuring projects.
She is the first Indian to be awarded the Global CEO of the year at Platt’s Global energy awards 2015. She received the SCOPE Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to Public sector Management from the Hon’ble President of India and was also recognized with Outstanding Women Manager Award by SCOPE.
She has been a member in several committees for development of policy in the Oil Industry and Hydrocarbon sector in India.
