Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking, Delivery Station teams ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible. The team consistently raises the bar in customer experience and drives lean thinking in operations, while implementing innovative delivery solutions. Both corporate and field teams help launch new programs and technology-based solutions on a global scale in order to meet customer demand and enable customer-focused innovation, some of which include Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.

Bénédicte joined Amazon Operations as an Area Manager in Orléans, France. Her ownership state of mind, as well as the high degree of responsibility she was given, helped her advance to her newest role, Logistics Operations Manager. "I really enjoy what I'm doing here. I'm lucky to work with such a great team. I keep learning every day," says Bénédicte.

Valentine is a Brand Specialist for Amazon

“Joining Amazon as a Brand Specialist has enabled me to develop a wide range of skills including merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations and online marketing," she explains. "Thanks to this role, I was able to access many career opportunities within Amazon, and when I was ready for my next move, I decided to join Amazon Advertising. Every day, I use the strong competencies I developed as a Brand Specialist.“

  • monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve the quality of services on an ongoing basis and exceed goals
  • participate in development and development initiatives innovation of AVS teams
