A week-long series of engaging events

Diageo employees celebrated the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion through INC Week, a week-long series of employee led events, panels, workshops, keynotes and more - all hosted in Diageo's global HQ in London all under the ‘INC’ umbrella.

An annual event, the aim of Diageo's  INC Week is to accelerate inclusion and diversity within the business.

Diageo kicked off the week with its Chief Executive Ivan Menezes and Chief HR Officer Mairéad Nayager discussing what inclusion and diversity means to them. Ivan and Mairéad have both been named Champions of Women in Business.

Among other great activities, Diageo welcomed Lynne Parker, CEO and Founder of Funny Women, who hosted a session on ‘The Power of Humour’. The event was organised in partnership with Diageo's Spirited Women network.
