Northrop Grumman Vice President of Communications, Yolanda Murphy, has been honored for her work after being named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by The Leadership Center for Excellence.

An impressive career history

Yolanda is Vice President of Communications for Northrop Grumman's Technology Services sector. She is responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of communications activities and is a member of Northrop Grumman’s Communications Council.
She has also served as the Director of Enterprise Communications for Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems sector and, before this role, was the Director of Communications for the airborne C4ISR and space ISR systems division in the Mission Systems sector. Yolanda was also a Manager of Communications and Public Relations for the advanced concepts and technologies division in Northrop Grumman's former Electronic Systems (ES) sector.
Yolanda earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from the International Academy of Design and Technology and a master’s degree in communications from Johns Hopkins University.
