In honor of Giving Tuesday, the F5 community got together to support the local community and showcase a range of charitable causes.
Representing organizations making a local impact
With the help of handwritten signs, F5 Networks employees from around the world showed their support for organizations that are making real community impact, such as local food banks and Girls Who Code. They held up signs where they wrote the name of the organization that they're pledging their support to.

Strong support from F5 leaders
Mika Yamamoto, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at F5, represented two organizations that are close to her heart and a strong part of the F5 community - The Rainier Valley Food Bank (RVFB) that provides food assistance to low-income residents in Southeast Seattle, and United Way that builds a community where people have homes and students, graduates and families are financially stable.
"Love that F5 Networks encourages us to play key roles in our community," says Mika.

Passion, enthusiasm, and a drive to do good
Making a positive impact is part of F5's company culture while passion, enthusiasm and a drive to do good are in the DNA of every F5 Networks' employee. Which means this isn't the first time employees have come together to support local causes.
F5 employees have also packed lunches for kids to increase food security for local charity Hunger Intervention Program. They've taken part in a cycling fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. They've partnered with Home Base and Streets to Home programs to help reduce homelessness in Seattle - and so much more.
