Female leader Meg Lassarat appointed CFO of Exyte

Exyte has announced changes in its Executive Board, with renowned leader Meg Lassarat appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by the Supervisory Board.

Georg Stumpf, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Exyte AG, commented: “We are delighted that Meg Lassarat, who is a recognized expert with vast experience not only in our industry, but also in listed companies, will join us at Exyte. We are convinced that Meg will contribute greatly to the success of our company.”

Meg has an impressive career history and track record.

Soon after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting, she assumed management roles in globally active companies.

She started her career first in consulting and then moved on to companies active in engineering and construction, including many listed companies. In her previous role, she was CFO of the Louis Berger Corporation headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey.

Meg has expansive experience in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
