International Women's Day saw Schneider Electric celebrating women both working at the company and living in the wider community. Thanks to senior support and the sharing of personal employee stories, Schneider Electric marked the important day with a commitment to workplace equality.
Pledging support for International Rescue Committee
Schneider Electric pledged to work with the International Rescue Committee to train 1,250 underprivileged young generation in the communities, 60% of whom are women.

Thoughts from Schneider Electric CEO on campaign theme
Meanwhile, Schneider Electric North America President and CEO Annette Clayton shared her thoughts on International Women's Day about the meaning of the campaign theme #EachforEqual.
"For us at Schneider Electric, #EachforEqual means being aware of the role we play, as women and as men, in shaping the world through the choices we make every day," she said.
Schneider Electric also provided an official IWD Influencer Statement.
Schneider Electric employee and mother shares her story
Schneider Electric Talent Acquisition Team member Bushra also shared her story about how Schneider Electric empowers her as a working mother to two young children thanks to an employer and manager who understands the importance of work-life integration.
