Northrop Grumman has achieved Military Friendly Employer and Military Spouse Friendly Employer awards - outstanding recognition for the company.

The Military Friendly Company survey investigates and identifies the organizations whose commitment to serving the military and veteran community is comprehensive in scope and meaningful in terms of actual outcomes and impact. From hiring and career advancement to customer service and charitable investment, Military Friendly Employers lead the way.

Dedicated to supporting service members and veterans

This isn't the first time Northrop Grumman has received awards for welcoming employees from military backgrounds, and is a testimony to the programmes, resources and strategies in place to support them. For example, the company's award-winning, unique and diverse Operation IMPACT program assists service members as they transition from military service to private sector careers

Northrop Grumman also offers a military transition guide that offers tips on how to get a job after serving in the military with ideas on how to get ready for a transition to civilian life and how to be more professionally attractive to Northrop Grumman hiring managers and recruiters.

The company also had a dedicated job page for veteran careers, where veterans can use the leadership, communication, teamwork, resource planning and competitive strategy skills gained from their years of active service to thrive in a role at Northrop Grumman.

Finally, as part of the company's commitment to corporate citizenship, Northrop Grumman supports veterans, service members and their families through volunteerism, employee giving and charitable donations.
