Assessing diversity management
The Diversity Inc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list is an assessment of diversity management in corporate America. The results are based on corporate survey submissions and the companies are evaluated within the context of their own industries.
Diversity Inc assesses the companies across six key areas of diversity and inclusion management: Human Capital Diversity Metrics; Leadership Accountability; Talent Programs; Workplace Practices; Supplier Diversity; and Philanthropy.
