Roshni Nadar Malhotra, CEO and Executive Director of HCL Corporation, and Vice Chairperson on the Board of HCL Technologies, took part in an informative webinar interview with the FICCI Ladies Organization.
FICCI Ladies Organization was established in 1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) which is the apex body of industry and commerce in India.

During the webinar, dubbed FICCI FLO Chennai - In a league of her own: A conversation with Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Roshni spoke about a wide range of important topics.
Roshni discussed her career journey, the support she had received along the way, going to business school, her interest in social entrepreneurship, risk taking, leadership 'from the bottom of the pyramid', leveling of playing fields, supporting and getting the best out of people, high performance, having a social conscience, diversity, work-life choices, and much more.
"If you're able to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and more than that, to have an entrepreneurial gut to be able to take risks - with people or with your ideas - I think it shapes you in a very different manner," says Roshni.
"In the world that we live in today, I think leadership means working with other people. The best leaders - and I've had exposure to a lot of them during my career - are really able to get the best out of other people."

Webinar presenter Rinku Mecheri interviewed Roshni Nadar Malhotra.
