Medtronic earns 100% on Equality Index for LGBT inclusion

Medtronic has earned 100% on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ-inclusive workplace policies and practices.

"All employees deserve the opportunity to live authentically and thrive at work," tweeted Medtronic in response to the news.

Diversity drives innovation at Medtronic 

Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees and a primary driving force for LGBTQ workplace inclusion. 

The HRC Foundation's Corporate Equality Index continues to show incredible growth in the number of employers that are committed to implementing LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices.
