Gracie Renbarger is Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Bazaarvoice

Gracie leads the global legal team in managing the company’s legal affairs worldwide in her role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Compliance Officer at Bazaarvoice. She also manages the company’s global ethics and compliance program.

Gracie joined Bazaarvoice in 2015 as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, managing the company’s ethics and compliance program and providing administrative oversight of the internal audit function.

Prior to this role, Gracie held a 13-year tenure at Dell, serving in a variety leadership positions including SVP of the litigation, employment law, government relations, and ethics and compliance functions.

Gracie has also served as a lecturer and adjunct professor at the University of Texas, where she studied her undergraduate and law degrees, before teaching courses on business law, ethics, government relations, corporate compliance, and corporate social responsibility.

She started her legal career in private law practice and was a partner in the Austin Office of Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates) before joining the in-house legal team at Dell.

Suzin Wold is Senior Vice President of Marketing a Bazaarvoice

As Senior Vice President of Marketing at Bazaarvoice, Suzin leads the global demand generation, product marketing, PR/communications, website, and creative teams.

Suzin has more than 20 years’ experience delivering strategic direction and quantifiable results at technology and consumer products companies, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 organizations.

Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, Suzin held senior leadership positions at visual analytics provider Qlik, managed cloud company Rackspace, payment provider PayPal, and fitness platform MapMyFitness (Under Armour Connected Fitness).

She was also an early-stage employee at Blackhawk Network (Gift Card Mall), where she developed and oversaw the company’s gift card, prepaid phone, and prepaid debit card programs. Early in her career, she managed strategic direction and product positioning for Clorox and Procter & Gamble consumer brands.

Suzin earned her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jemima Bowden, Bazaarvoice Senior Vice President of People & Talent

Jemima Bowden - Bazaarvoice

Jemima leads the Bazaarvoice focus on translating business strategy into people solutions, and attracting, developing and engaging exceptional talent. She has more than 25 years’ experience setting out & operationalizing strategy in global tech companies.

Prior to Bazaarvoice, she held leadership positions at Texas start-up Anue Systems, Avaya and Lucent Technologies. A native of the UK, her experience has taken her across Europe, Latin America, the US and her portfolio of good cross-cultural communication stories is large.

After living all over the world, Jemima discovered Austin – a city relaxed and friendly enough to call home where she lives in the rolling hills with her family.

Jemima earned her MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management and her undergraduate degree in European Business & Languages from the University of Central Lancashire.

Kate Musgrove, Managing Director for APAC

Kate has been Managing Director of Bazaarvoice in Asia Pacific since 2015. She joined the business in 2009 and prior to leading the business in APAC, she managed Bazaarvoice’s Client Success team and worked out of Bazaarvoice’s London offices consulting leading UK retailers on best in class user generated content strategies. She is responsible for growing and building the APAC region while continuing to solidify Bazaarvoice’s leadership position in the user generated content space. 

She is passionate about seeing brands and retailers successfully adopt new technologies to drive real business success, and giving consumers the confidence to buy, in an ever-changing retail landscape. 

She has over 15 years’ experience in SaaS and online technology having previously worked in account management, business development, consulting and leadership roles at Melbourne IT, comScore and Virgin Media.
