Arcadis Associate Faye Allen is recognised by Who's Who Legal in the latest Construction Experts guide as a leading name in her field of Quantum and Delay Analysis. She has also been recognised by the goup as a Future Leader.

According to Who's Who Legal, Faye has built up a notable practice and is highly respected for her extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

The organization prides itself in the integrity and authority of its findings. 

Achieving the best outcomes for clients 

At Arcadis, Faye works in claims and disputes working with a variety of clients acting in her capacity as an Expert Witness. She has acted as expert producing reports on numerous adjudications, claims and litigation cases using her experience to achieve the best outcomes for clients she has also given expert evidence and been cross examined in the Technology and Construction Court. 

A successful career journey 

Prior to joining Arcadis, her career has been predominantly spent with major contractors fulfilling the roles of Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in a variety of sectors as diverse as aviation, rail, retail, commercial, residential, historical, industrial, local authority, and public sector works to religious buildings. 

She has significant knowledge of the procurement and construction process from inception and pre-construction stage, providing cost planning advice, through to running large and varied teams on multimillion pound projects providing commercial management including contract reviews, progress reporting, risk and cost management, cash flow, negotiations of final accounts, production of delay notices and claim preparation.

She has worked under many forms of contract including PPC, CMC, JCT and NEC and has been a key participant in gaining numerous negotiated projects with repeat clients.
