 October 19, 2021

As part of its commitment to women in its workplace, EBRD marked World Menopause Day to support staff experiencing menopausal symptoms, and encourage open and positive discussion within the workplace.

EBRD wants to ensure that all staff feel able to thrive professionally.

Celebrating a global awareness raising campaign

World Menopause Day is held every year on October 18th.

The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing.

Companies and individuals are encouraged to participate in this global awareness raising campaign by printing and sharing these materials, organising events to engage their communities, and sharing World Menopause Day social media posts.
