Schneider Electric is building a culture that embraces and empowers veterans, which has earned the company the status of 2022 Military Friendly® Employer.

Supporting military veterans and families

Schneider Electric Veteran's Employee Resource Network and employee volunteers have made great strides to support military veterans and families, including a partnership with American Corporate Partners.

Preparing veterans for a civilian career

Employees volunteer time and resources to mentor transitioning military service members to prepare for a civilian career.

For Veteran's Day, Schneider Electric partnered with Folds of Honor with an employee donation and company match program.

Offering veteran-focused workplace benefits

The company also makes it easier for Military Reservists and National Guard members to continue serving their country without sacrificing their careers.

Employee veterans enjoy benefits including 20 days of paid leave and a salary differential program.

Start a civilian career at a military-friendly employer
