Meet Theramex Chief Human Resources Officer, Anjuna Kalsi 

Anjuna [pictured above] has over 20 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals ranging from generics to biotechnology in organisations such as Ranbaxy, Chiron/Novartis, Watson/Actavis, Forest, and Allergan, where she has had roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in HR and Integration.

After graduating in European Studies, Anjuna trained as a Management Accountant, obtaining an MBA, and then moving swiftly into Human Resources. Over the last eight years, Anjuna has partnered closely with the business to lead integration and transformational change projects. In her previous role at Allergan, Anjuna was the Executive Director for the International multi-functional site in Marlow and the business partner for Southern and Western Europe ($1.1b).

Tina has over 25 years’ experience in global senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. She brings experience of launching innovative products across a diverse range of therapy areas within both large and small pharma companies.

Most recently Tina served as Business Manager at Ascensia Diabetes Care having spent the previous 12 years at Pfizer. Tina joined Theramex to lead the UK Women’s Health business in 2020.

Veronique has 20 years of experience in women’s health. She has a great expertise in launching innovations both in big pharma and small companies and in building organizations in France and mobilizing/remobilizing teams in a collaborative leadership. Her drivers are the projects and the team.


Meet Theramex Global Franchise Director (Osteoporosis), Shireen Bate

Shireen has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in therapy areas such as immunology, cardiology, neurology and women’s health in organisations such as Sanofi Pasteur, MedImmune, AstraZeneca, Biogen and now Theramex.   

Shireen went on to obtain her MBA leading to opportunities in various Sr. leadership roles in Marketing with local, regional and global responsibility. She is passionate about commercial excellence and brings launch expertise launching multiple brands in the US, Europe and North and South America. 

Most recently Shireen was a Managing Consultant at Cello Consulting advising senior pharmaceutical executives on strategic brand planning and commercial excellence. Shireen joined Theramex to lead the Global Osteoporosis Franchise in 2020.


Meet Theramex Business Unit Director, Fertility (Spain), Blanca Vega Mosquera

Blanca has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has always developed her professional career. She has studies in Marketing and a Master in Marketing and Business Management.

She started in the Market Research department at Smithkline Beecham (later GSK), where she later assumed the role of Product Manager for IBD. In 2001 she joined the Marketing team at Ferring, where she held different positions. In recent years she was Group Product Manager for Gynecology Franchise until 2019, when she joined Theramex as Business Unit Director of the Fertility line. Blanca has worked for the past 15 years in Reproductive Health and Fertility area.


Meet Theramex Business Unit Director for UK & Ireland, Karen Scarle

Karen has worked within Fertility and Reproductive Health for over 20 years, holding roles of increasing responsibility in organisations such as Ferring and Finox (Gedeon Richter).

In her previous role at Finox, Karen was the Vice President, General Manager UK and Ireland, before joining Theramex to lead the UK Fertility business in 2019.


Meet Theramex Senior Marketing Manager, Amanda Lee

Theramex

Amanda brings over 25 years’ experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.  She has worked across a range of therapy areas and products however her passion is Women’s Health.

Within Women’s Health, Amanda has worked for both Wyeth and Novo Nordisk, to bring new products to market and ensure sustainability for established portfolios. Amanda joined the Theramex UK Women’s Health business in 2020.


Meet Theramex UK Commercial Manager, Ailsa Suleman

Ailsa is a qualified accountant with 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She joined Theramex in 2018, as part of the Global Finance team, moving into her current role in the UK team in 2020.

Ailsa has a Masters’ degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.


Meet Theramex National Account Manager, Simone Maycox

Simone has six years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked across multiple therapy areas including Rheumatology, Neuroscience and Neonatal for companies such as Novartis and Abbvie. She actively champions diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace, having previously been a diversity and inclusion (D&I) Lead at Novartis.

Simone holds a Human Biology degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
