Schneider Electric helps women returners via key partnership

Schneider Electric helps women returners via key partnership

 December 02, 2021

Schneider Electric has announced a new partnership with reacHIRE, an organization changing the trajectory for women in the workplace through collaborations with forward-thinking companies to create environments where women thrive, advance, lead and stay.

Helping women successfully re-enter the workforce

Schneider Electric is committed to increasing the number of women in experienced positions and has teamed up with ReacHIRE for a Return-to-Work professional paid program, in addition to support for sourcing, training and placing talent.

The partnership will give professionals the chance to polish skills, acquire new ones, and restore the confidence they need to reignite their professional journey.

Through this program, professionals that have returned to employment following a career break of more than two years will be armed with the skills, knowledge and support they need to successfully re-enter the workforce.

Looking to return to work after a career break?

Schneider Electric understands that returning to work after a break can be challenging, which is why it is supporting returners both through internal initiatives and external partnerships.
