Capgemini has appointed Karen Base into the leadership position of Vice President of Solutions.

Karen is an Information Technology leader, with proven experience driving organizations to achieve optimal program performance. In her leadership career, she streamlines management and competitive positioning through use of innovative processes and technologies.

Inclusive leadership skills

Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University in 1992. Throughout her career, Karen has achieved measurable results. These include: attainment of market-differentiating corporate qualifications, strengthened functional capabilities, and introduction of technology solutions to realize business strategies.

Karen is Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), accredited with the certification in 2021 by SCRUMstudy, the Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. She consistently discovers new ways to make a positive change, setting the example for how to be an inclusive leader.
