Alex is a Global Marketing and Commercialization leader in the medical device industry. She joined Medtronic in 2009 as a Clinical Specialist and has excelled in management positions with the company, including in her roles as Sales Operations Manager and Senior Global Program Marketing Manager.
Alex is Senior Director, Global Commercial Marketing, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. In this role, Alex leads the global Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRTD) business, which includes: brand strategy, product commercialization, and portfolio lifecycle management. Alex designs effective teams, champions diversity, and fosters an engaged culture.
Alex has diverse experience, from Product and Solution Commercialization to Strategic Planning, and Capability Building, to Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Alex is passionate about the customer and patient, white space innovative thinking, and delivering commercial excellence to achieve business results. She inspires trust and credibility, and reaches across boundaries to create partnerships and alignment.
