Chantelle Hunt, Marketing Graduate at Diageo, talks about what Diageo’s Graduate scheme has to offer.

Join Diageo's programme and you’ll help create the next generation of compelling and powerful brand stories. Stories that make Diageo's existing brands even stronger, and perhaps even launching new ones. Developing creative platforms that will be activated all over the world, you’ll use your creativity, vision and pioneering spirit to bring brands to life.

Because Diageo sells brands across the globe,  ideas need to work across different countries, so graduates work with Diageo you’ll uncover how Diageo markets at an international level. You may even have the opportunity to be part of a global team, working together to inspire and support each other to deliver great marketing ideas.

Graduates work in three different areas of the business, bringing skills to bear on iconic and innovative products. Particpiants learn that each has a unique purpose – with Smirnoff it’s celebrating inclusivity; for Guinness it’s communion – and the challenge is to leverage what makes each special and create excitement, awareness and advocacy.

Finally, Diageo marketers understand that adding value for customers and delivering amazing experiences to consumers are key to selling the brands. That's why Diageo also offers its graduates the opportunity to spend a year working as part of the Sales team.
