Medtronic celebrates its early talent whose graduation from universities and colleges marks the start of their careers with the company.

"Congrats Class of 2022! We are thrilled that you will be joining us soon in our Mission to alleviate pain, restore health and extend life," says Medtronic.

Hear from three women about their own experience of Medtronic's early careers opportunities and the supportive, collegial environment they experienced.

Meanwhile, Medtronic intern Eleni, a student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, praises the inclusivity of Medtronic's workplace culture.

"Everyone always asked ways in which they could improve my experience and further help my professional development," she explains.

Archana is a Medtronic intern studying at the University of California, San Diego.

During her placement, she really enjoyed Medtronic's culture and how excited everyone is to improve people's lives. For her, being part of it was an "awarding and energizing experience".

Lena is a Product Manager in Surgical Technologies.
