AECOM Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Denise Berger, received the Women Builders Council (WBC) Forces of Change 2022 Award at the Women Build It Champions award gala.

Leadership in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry

"Congratulations to Denise Berger, recipient of the Forces of Change Award at the 17th annual Women Build It Champions Award Gala, and all of the AECOM & AECOM Tishman Outstanding Women Honorees and Next Generation Honorees. Thank you for your leadership in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry," says AECOM. 

As Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for the U.S. East and Latin America region, Denise is charged with driving growth, strategic planning, digital transformation, innovation and marketing, and branding.

Representing women in the construction industry

WBC is a leading association representing women in the construction industry on several important fronts: legislative advocacy, new business development and professional development with a special focus on leadership.
