Discussing HCLTech's new brand identity Supercharging Progress, Chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra provides insight for The Economic Times (ET).
As the company nears the $12 billion revenue mark, Roshni said the rebranding will create a distinct global brand identity while retaining connectivity with HCL Group.
“For HCLTech, Supercharging Progress is about accelerating the digital transformation for our clients everyday as well as the ethos of the organization to advance the aspirations of our people, contribute to a sustainable planet and uplift local communities across our global footprint," commented Roshni.
Chief marketing officer Jill Kouri told ET that chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra and CEO C Vijayakumar were closely involved in designing the company's brand as they seek to attract new clients and a younger employee base with the new identity. The company’s new ‘HCLTech’ brand and logo will drive its go-to-market strategy. HCL Enterprise covers HCL Infosystems, HCLTech and HCL Healthcare.
Jill also said that the rebranding effort was in the works for the past year, and was led by efforts to drive better brand recognition in new geographies like Eastern Europe and Central America for clients and prospective employees alike.
