CNA's Keri Richardson supports public safety initiatives

This research is led by women like Keri Richardson, an expert in criminal justice with specialized knowledge in technical assistance needs for local law enforcement agencies.

Supporting public safety initiatives

Keri currently serves as senior research specialist in CNA's Center for Justice Research and Innovation. Keri has over five years of experience in training and technical assistance coordination, organizational reform, and community-focused approaches to policing.

At CNA, Keri works with police agencies of various sizes throughout the country to support public safety initiatives. Keri works closely with local agencies and communities to support collaborative strategies that promote community safety.

Conducting assessments for police agencies

Through her years of work in the criminal justice field, Keri has conducted numerous assessments for police agencies and developed substitutive recommendations. Through these recommendations, departments have improved their operations, advanced their goals, and improved their community engagement efforts.

Keri has a B.S. in criminology and criminal justice and a M.A. in public administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
