Advancing women in the workplace
Seramount represents the evolution of an enduring legacy supporting and advancing women in the workplace over the past 40 years to the important work it does today of empowering inclusive workplaces for all.
In its sixth year, 175 organizations applied to participate in the Seramount Inclusion Index. Thirty-six of those listed on the 2022 Inclusion Index received a 70 per cent or higher score, qualifying as a Leading Inclusion Index company, and 54 of those listed achieved at least 60 per cent of the available points to qualify for the overall index. Results reveal opportunities for all organizations to target their diversity and inclusion efforts for greater effectiveness.
