The CEO Circle Award is one of the many ways WTW does this. The CEO Circle Award is designed to recognize employees who have made outstanding contributions to WTW by consistently performing at an exceptional level and exemplifying values.

WTW hosted a CEO Circle Award at a fabulous in-person event that saw winners, WTW leaders, and employees come together for an evening of celebration in Lisbon, Portugal.

Many impressive WTW leaders from across global teams attended the event, including: CEO Carl Hess; Head of Italy, Gianmarco Tosti; Head of Retirement, Marco Boschetti; Head of Corporate, Risk & Broking Global Lines of Business, Alastair Swift; and Global Head of Outsourcing, Jane Murray.

As Global Head of Outsourcing at WTW, Jane provides outsourced health and welfare, defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) plan administration services to the private sector.

Jane is also a Former Board Member of The Pension Management Institute and an award-winner herself, as a Women in Pensions Award runner-up.
