WTW women embrace equity as part of the See Me campaign

Marking International Women's Day, WTW asked its colleagues to embrace equity by joining the company's See Me campaign.

WTW women got together to openly convey through a video who they are and the diversity they bring to the company.

Let's hear from some of the women at WTW.

"I am an artist and a mother of two," said WTW's Bhavya Shetty.
"I am a learner. I read to better understand and also imagine other realities," explained WTW's Rita Dandridge.
"I am a working Mom," stated WTW's Evangeline Franciso.
"I am a neurodiverse employee," declared WTW's Lauren Stewart.
"I am an inspirer," attested WTW's Hanne Borst.
"I am a survivor/thriver," announced WTW's Deb Levy.
"I am a working mother of two small girls," identified WTW's Gemma Roche.
"I am loyal, honest and transparent," shared WTW's Johlee Fernandez.
"I am open-minded," said WTW's Sandra Wahlen.
"I am a caregiver, a wife and a mom balancing a career," explained WTW's Ingrid Woolfolk.
"I am passionate about my work, and a daughter whose mother needs special care and attention," shared WTW's Ami Mehta.
"I am a working mother to a blended family," commented WTW's Charina Loughman.

Bringing their best selves to work
