Women creating beautiful products with great heritage at Diageo

In her role on the Luxury Development team in Menstrie, Scotland, Fiona Beveridge is proud to work on brands like Johnnie Walker - a product with a strong Scottish heritage that is developing with the times.

Her team plays a crucial role in the innovation of Diageo packaging. “I really enjoy working in the Whisky industry - being a part of a production site that’s making a product that is very Scottish means alot to me,” confesses Fiona.

Creativity and collaboration

As the Luxury Key Projects Manager, Fiona’s job takes her around the world where she uses her background in design to work with talented crafts men and women to create bespoke products for international clients.

“By working with some really interesting suppliers and designers, we can produce absolutely beautiful decanters and bottles that are almost like bespoke pieces of furniture rather than simple packaging,” she says.

Moving with the times

With a strong design, manufacturing and technical capability in the prestige spirits segment, Fiona is passionate about delivering products that engage people and showcase the craft and heritage of the Diageo brands.

“I really love being involved in the brands and working with the marketing teams that have moved Johnnie Walker forward.”
