For another employee, they think giving people the opportunity to be who they are really enables them to bring their best to the organization. "I find that a diverse culture is really important to ensuring that we actually get a lot of different opinions and thoughts on ideas and topics that we otherwise wouldn't if we just stuck to one rigid way of thinking," said the employee.

"Everyone wants diversity and the benefits of it brings to an organization, but you can't have diversity without inclusion, it doesn't work, and I think Capgemini has really recognized that," added another employee.
