The inclusion standard recognises an organisation’s inclusion, capability and confidence. It includes WSP's development of a customised inclusion journey that defines priorities and the development of content and programmes for WSP's people and clients. The independent and external accreditation carried out by Clear Company is evidence-based, practical and supports all sizes of organisation. It examines innovation and collaboration with a particular focus on an organisation’s inclusive and fair work practices.
Making the built environment a more inclusive and equitable
