Leading multi-disciplinary professional services consultancy WSP is awarded Bronze accreditation by Clear Company for its impressive Inclusion and Diversity programme.

WSP has inclusive and fair work practices

The inclusion standard recognises an organisation’s inclusion, capability and confidence. It includes WSP's development of a customised inclusion journey that defines priorities and the development of content and programmes for WSP's people and clients. The independent and external accreditation carried out by Clear Company is evidence-based, practical and supports all sizes of organisation. It examines innovation and collaboration with a particular focus on an organisation’s inclusive and fair work practices.

Making the built environment a more inclusive and equitable

Head of Clear Assured, Anna Makinen, said: “WSP has consistently made progress on policies, processes and actively view their activities through an intersectional lens. By receiving audit-style reviews on topic such as accessibility, training and recruitment, WSP are moving the dial forward in their aim to exceed strategic ambitions.”
