Schneider Electric up for Business Culture Awards 2017

 September 11, 2017

Schneider Electric has been named as a finalist in the Business Culture Awards 2017.

Celebrating companies who have demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional business culture - the awards recognise how people’s employment experience is fundamental to business performance.

Not only is Schneider Electric named a finalist in the Diversity and Inclusion and Innovation categories within these awards - the company’s Talent Acquisition specialist Francesca Stone and Internal Diversity and Inclusion Lead Kristin Baker have also received excellent recognition via nominations as Culture Ambassadors.

A supportive and inclusive work culture

Schneider Electric seeks to create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity are seen as real value for the company. By transforming corporate behaviour, Schneider Electric puts gender equality on top of its agenda and makes diversity one of its key business and people strategy components.

With a range of programmes in place to support this including STEM initiatives, female-friendly graduate programmes, un-conscious bias training, a commitment to women in leadership, the Women’s Empowerment Principles and the UN’s HeForShe campaign - it is no wonder that Schneider Electric is making waves and receiving such high recognition in this field.
