Capgemini’s Flex Abroad policy meant that Rachel was able to balance visiting far-away family in the USA, while managing the day-to-day responsibilities of her role.

Rachel explains that with Capgemini, she has experienced many opportunities for flexibility. After the Covid-19 pandemic, Rachel hoped to see her family again in the USA, and was able to with the help of Capgemini's Flex Aboard program.

Flex Abroad provides team members with an opportunity to adjust their working environment according to their personal needs. "Flex Abroad is a program offered by the company to offer its people the flexibility to be able to work in other countries than their own. So, I applied, and then it got approved. Having that time it really means a lot, priceless That's what it is," comments Rachel.
