Impressive women at DFSI named in top 50 public sector list

Three impressive women at NSW DFSI have been recognised for their outstanding achievements in the public sector. 

The Top 50 Public Sector Women list honours women in local, state and federal government, and recognises their talent in transforming communities and building high-performing teams.

Impressive women leading from the top

NSW DFSI women honoured in this years' list are:

Narelle Underwood, NSW surveyor general and director of survey operations. Narelle plays a key leadership and regulatory role in the land and mining surveying profession. And, she plays a key advocacy role in the spatial industry in NSW. Narelle is also Chair of the Geographical Names Board (GNB), NSW's representative on the Intergovernmental Committee for Surveying & Mapping (ICSM), and the Electoral Boundaries Commissioner (State & Federal).

Bridget Barrett, director of strategic services. Bridget is also director of Better Regulation Division, where she develops and implements the BRD's governance frameworks including risk, performance reporting, privacy and planning. 

Jennifer McNeill, regional manager. Jennifer was also an award-winning recipient of the CEO awards in 2015 for leadership service delivery. She specialises in energizing teams to stretch their minds and goals, generating rapid change in productivity plus employee and customer satisfaction & retention.
