Meet Nottingham Trent University Senior Lecturer Ning Wu researches in to high performance work practices.

Ning is involved in aspects of teaching, supervising and researching Human Resource Management (HRM).

A great career with Nottingham Trent University

Ning read a degree in Economics in China, an MA in Human Resource Management in Bradford, and a PhD in Human Resource Management in Nottingham.

She started her higher education career as a university lecturer in Economics in Peking University China, then conducted research in Labour Economics at Oxford as a senior member. Before joining Nottingham Business School, Ning was a lecturer in HRM at the University of Buckingham.

Ning researches in to high performance work practices (HPWPs), antecedents of HPWPs, the HRM-performance link in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
