EBRD Green Week campaign wins Gartner Communications Award

The EBRD has won the Small Idea, Big Impact Award in the Gartner Communications Awards. 

Environmentally sound and sustainable development is central to the EBRD’s mandate. The Bank unveiled an ambitious plan to scale up even further its climate and environmental finance and its work supporting a green, low-carbon and resilient future.

Through the EBRD's awarded Green Week campaign, the Bank's Internal Communications team encouraged green actions and promoted the Bank’s green credentials.

Showcasing the work of communicators

The Gartner Communications Awards has been the leading event for recognizing communications initiatives from around the world.

Its aim is to support and showcase the great work of communicators who have achieved real, measurable business outcomes in their organizations.

The power of small but impactful ideas

According to Garter, The Small Idea, Big Impact Award recognizes the impact of teams, big and small, who have seen and felt the power of small but savvy ideas. 

EBRD received the award because it demonstrated changes and initiatives of modest resource commitment and outlay while demonstrating impact on audience attitudes and behaviors, as well as organizational outcomes. 

Over 200 entries were submitted from organizations across 30 countries.
