Schneider Electric, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer Tina Mylon wins the EMEA People and Culture category of the 2022 WeQual Awards.
Championing successful senior women
The WeQual Awards are designed to increase diversity in the global executive committees of the world's largest companies. WeQual identifies and champions successful senior women, who are one level below group C-suite, as part of its mission to help tackle the slow progress in appointing women to executive roles.
The WeQual Awards have a valuable role to play in making this possible and aims to reach and honour the talented women who are on the cusp of leading the world’s biggest companies.
"We are already seeing these women succeed. More than 35% of the winners of previous WeQual Awards have been promoted to the leadership teams of major global companies," comments WeQual Awards.
Outstanding women in the workplace
The three finalists for the People & Culture Category were:
- Tina Mylon, Senior Vice President - Talent and Diversity, Schneider Electric
- Audra Jenkins, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer - Randstad North America, Randstad
- Cecilia Hallengren, Senior Vice President, Human Resources - Volvo Group Trucks Technology, Volvo Group
All WeQual Award finalists undergo an anonymous yet rigorous assessment process culminating in an interview with a top CEO or Chair. WeQual's aim is to find those ready to take the step up to their global executive committee. This year’s executive interviewers included the CEO of Kellogg’s, the CEO of S&P Global, and the Vice Chair at Morgan Stanley.
"Congratulations to Tina for driving our business towards greater equality & innovation," comments Schneider Electric.
