Schneider Electric is marking International Women's Day, highlighting that is a day to #BreakTheBias and build a more equitable and inclusive world.

Creating a gender-balanced environment

Honoring the event, Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Schneider Electric, has highlighted the need for collective action to drive gender equality. 

"Everyone has a role in making gender equality a reality. At Schneider Electric we’re committed to creating a gender-balanced environment, one that is free from biases and discrimination. It’s a journey but we’re determined to progress towards equality," says the CEO.

To further acknowlege International Women's Day, Schneider Electric is taking part in World Woman Hour, where five heroes of the Schneider Electric ecosystem share their inspiring stories about access to energy.

A gender-balanced senior management team 

Schneider Electric's Executive Committee has passed an important milestone, with 44% of its members being women. That means Schneider Electric is led by one of the most gender-balanced senior management teams among the 40 biggest listed companies in France.
