Internship benefits
- Participate in a 10-week, paid internship at a Medtronic site domestically
- Internship includes the opportunity to receive housing/relocation assistance
- Participate in a Medtronic Intern Bootcamp, prior to internship start date
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from a Medtronic Champion (manager)
- Participate in various career development activities to help prepare for your internship and post-graduation careers
- Serve as a Medtronic | TMCF Ambassador on campus to build awareness of the Medtronic | TMCF partnership and future engagements

Established in 1987, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community. TMCF member-schools include the publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).
Publicly-supported HBCUs enroll over 80% of all students attending HBCUs. Through scholarships, capacity building and research initiatives, innovative programs, and strategic partnerships, TMCF is a vital resource in the K-12 and higher education space.
