Her work is driven by the Medtronic Mission, and she finds it "incredible" to be part of a collaborative team who are alleviating pain, restoring health and extending the lives of patients.

Medtronic Principal Software Engineer, Sri Sastry, is engineering the extraordinary to make patients' lives better. 

"Proud to be part of the Medtronic family", Sri loves seeing the "small miracles" happen every day and the smiles on her team's faces.

"It's truly an indescribable feeling to know that you are playing such a positive role in someone's life," she says.


Alexandra works with new technologies

Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Alexandra Stowe, is another STEM professional doing impactful work at Medtronic.

She enjoys improving on current manufacturing processes and technologies with a supportive and fun team. 

"Our work directly impacts capacity expansion, allowing more product to get into the hands of our clinical customers and to our patients," she explains.


Liz finds community and connections at Medtronic
