Gender diversity is a critical priority for Capgemini to ensure it creates a sustainable pipeline of the best available talent and increase women representation at senior levels, and as such Capgemini sponsored the WISE Conference 2023

Empowering women in STEM

The WISE Conference 2023 explored how employers can empower their female STEM employees – with a view to improving gender balance in the sector. The event appealed to STEM business professionals looking to recruit and retain female talent, as well as women working in (or with an interest in) STEM.

Delivering equality, diverse and inclusion solutions

Delivering women centred equality, diversity and inclusion solutions for the STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) sectors, WISE supports its partners to achieve gender parity and benefit from better productivity, innovation and business performance.

Wise has a Ten Step framework, which is a unique change management programme designed specifically for science, technology and engineering (STEM) employers. It provides a solid strategic framework with practical advice to help organisations ensure they recruit from a diverse pool, then maximise the potential of their women STEM employees at all levels of their career.
