As a progressive technology company championing gender diversity in the workplace, HCL Technologies invests in promoting programs that identify, mentor and grow women leaders. Aligned with this objective, HCL supports GSMA’s gender diversity initiative through their relationship as an Associate Sponsor of the Women4Tech Summit at MWC in Los Angeles.
Bringing leaders together to share valuable insight

Developed by GSMA to address gender diversity in the mobile industry and to support UN Sustainable Development Goal #5 (to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls), the Women4Tech Summit brings together thought leaders from across the mobile tech industry to share their valuable insights and game-changing outcomes, on transforming corporate value and culture by navigating diversity for business success.
The summit showcases the companies and best practices that are making gender diversity a key business imperative. Under the Women4Tech Programme, the GSMA has launched a number of activities to advance the goal of reducing the gender gap in the tech industry.
