DXC congratulates its SheLeads program graduates

DXC Technology has extended its congratulations to the 51 women leaders who graduated as the latest cohort of the SheLeads Women in Leadership Program. 

"Congratulations to the SheLEADS Cohort 3 graduating class," applauded DXC. "Congratulations to our participants who have successfully graduated from this women-in-leadership program." 

The program contributes to delivering excellence for DXC's customers and colleagues. It was launched in 2020 with the aim of strengthening the leadership development of women at DXC.

Supporting DXC women to hone their skills 

SheLeads@DXC is a virtual leadership program for women that helps build a diverse talent pipeline.

The program supports DXC's emerging women leaders to hone their leadership capabilities across a number of important areas.

The SheLeads program focuses on six key areas:

  • Creating a personal brand
  • Networking and navigating
  • Business Acumen
  • Growth Mindset
  • Digital Dexterity
  • Driving Growth and Change

These were centered around DXC's values of:

  • Deliver - DXC does what it says it's going to do. 
  • Do the right thing - DXC acts with integrity.
  • Care - DXC takes care of each other and fosters a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Collaboration - DXC works as a team - globally and locally. 
  • Community - DXC belives in stewardship and building a sustainable company that supports its communities. 

A blended learning approach 

The program is also centers around role modelling the DXC culture behaviors, and has a blended learning approach with actual on-the-job practice. A strength-based assessment is used to help participants discover their leadership strengths and work orientations. DXC Leaders share with participants their leadership practices. Furthermore through networking, the women leaders actively expand their professional network. 

"SheLeads@DXC was built to be more than just a behavioral learning program. Through Action Learning Projects, participants are able to translate their training into measurable outcomes and deliver business impact. What began as the first-ever female leadership learning journey in the company, SheLeads@DXC has now become a vibrant opportunity for women across DXC to propel forward in their leadership path," shares DXC. "While global awards are an indication to this program's success, what matters most is how the women have benefited from the blended learning journey." 

Response to the program has been exceptionally positive. Impact Survey results of all cohorts tell a leadership growth story. DXC believes that this isn't solely a leadership program, but the foundation for a strong gender diverse and inclusive leadership team.
