Meet the impressive Graduates making an impact at Diageo

Diageo is looking for graduates who not only have the capability to succeed in its organisation today but also have the potential to be its leaders of tomorrow.

Here we meet some of graduates who are currently on Diageo's Global Graduate Programme and making a big impact across the areas of Finance, Supply, Commerical, Marketing and Sales.

Meet Diageo's impressive graduates

Vittoria is a Supply graduate, working as a Supply Chain Programme and Change Manager, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her role involves liaising with colleagues to plan and deliver the global Move strategy, collaborating with markets around the world to develop and sustain the Move and logistics platform. Vittoria loves the balance of technical and creative work, and finds that Diageo's culture for continuous learning motivates her to succeed.

Mariamawit, a first year graduate working as a Retail Executive within Diageo's Commercial function in Africa. Mariamawit started her career at Diageo working as a Brewing Operator at the Meta Abo Brewery in Ethiopia. After spending some time in Supply and getting to know colleagues, she was inspired to apply for the Graduate Programme and transition into Sales. Mariamwit loves that the programme provides real roles where she has responsibility for her own performance.

Sutha, a Marketing graduate is currently working in Diageo's Global Innovation team driving innovation projects for Johnnie Walker. Her role has given her the incredible opportunity to work closely with the Master Blenders of Scotch Whisky, and the remarkable Supply team in Scotland and Amsterdam to deliver brilliant innovation projects.

Adeline, a Finance Graduate based in Singapore is currently in a Central Finance role. Adeline loves that: ‘there’s a lot of freedom in Diageo, with no boundaries as to the projects we are interested in being a part of.

Faith is a Supply Performance Analyst on Diageo's Supply Graduate Programme. She thinks that “the best thing about working at Diageo is being surrounded by passionate people who love everything about our brands. This passion is infectious and I am inspired daily to strive harder to find my own mark in driving improvement in the business because of this.” 

Alexis, a supply graduate within the Innovation and Brand Change team is based in Singapore. Throughout her rotations, Alexis has gained great exposure to Diageo’s global operations by working closely with teams across different functions & countries. She loves how rewarding it is that her work contributes towards getting products on the shelves! 

Annabel is a Supply Procurement graduate based in Plainfield, Illinois, working as a Supplier Performance Manager. Annabel works with suppliers to ensure Diageo receives high-quality materials at the right time, and for the right price. Her role revolves around managing supplier relationships, as well as coordinating with the planning and project teams. Annabel is driven by learning opportunities and loves that Diageo truly care about her development and success.

Jenny joined Diageo's Marketing Global Graduate Programme and is currently the Global Employer Brand Specialist, based in London. Her role involves working across functions to build and manage Employer Brand campaigns, and activate them across Diageo's social media channels. One of her projects involved working on a photoshoot for an advertising campaign.
